I have to say Maria in terms of a successor - her longevity at the top of the game already puts her in the closest contention. Vika obviously has a lot of skills, but she's emotionally immature and would take a long time to achieve even what Maria has, never mind Serena.
Nice comment about Robbo, she's definitely a future hero, but she's got a long way to go.
