I played a solid first set with few mistakes, but then she started to play very aggressively with almost no mistakes. She really played unbelievable. I was always under pressure. Maybe after the first set she thought she had nothing to lose, then began playing better.
After my first match, it was hard to concentrate again. I wasn't feeling the ball well and Daniela played a very solid first set. I tried to understand her game and I started fighting. When you win a final it's hard to understand, you feel a lot of emotions. In a few days I will get it.
I haven't been in a final since three years ago, so I'm excited. I don't have anything to lose, so I'll just give all of myself. I came to Monterrey early to prepare myself and I think it shows. I also feel like I'm playing at home here, the fans are so supportive.

I picked John because I wanted to back up that big serve and I think we combined pretty well.
After nine months out it's not easy to play well but I think I did well today. Horacio played a great match too. He was incredible. The key was starting really well. I tried to push him all the way and he never let me down. We took every chance they gave us.
