Karen started her career as an athlete, but could not stay away from the charm of the tennis world. After a short career in tennis at the college level, Karen decided to pursue her Masters in Journalism.

After completing one year as a freelance news contributor for various websites, Karen joined the TennisEarth team as a Sports Writer in July 2009.

Karen Walker possesses an extensive knowledge about match statistics and data interpretation and has been actively involved in using the statistics to assess the player's performance through her news briefs about match reviews and analysis.
