Defending champions Venus and Serena Williams continued their Grand Slam winning spree with their 11th Grand Slam doubles title at the 2010 Australian Open. The Williams sisters beat the U.S.-Zimbabwean duo of Liezel Huber and Cara Black in straight sets to clinch the title glory.

Williamses started the match on a usual note and gallantly held serves till
Serena lost her service game to let Black and Huber race to a 3-1 lead. Although things returned to normal soon for the American duo who broke Black's serve right away to love and got back on serve. A service break in the seventh game got Williamses a 4-3 lead which they consolidated to win the opening set 6-4.
The second set did not change the story much for Black and Huber, who lost their serve twice, once in the opening game and the other to end the championhip match and hand the 6-4, 6-3 victory to the Williams sisters.
This is Venus and Serena's 11th Grand Slam doubles title and third in a row, following their victories in Wimbledon and U.S. Open where they beat the same pair of Black and Huber to enjoy title mirth.
