World No.1 Serena Williams’ rumoured boyfriend for the last couple of years Patrick Mouratoglou has tweeted that he is returning to Paris after spending some time in Australia earlier in the month.
"Stop in Doha on my way back to Paris. I left France the 9th of December and will be back today," he posted on Twitter.
"Paris. France. Back to Mouratoglou Tennis Academy."
Patrick Mouratoglou, who is the reigning French and US Open champion’s coach, has also listed Serena’s name at the Indian Wells tournament to leave open the possibility of the American’s return to the event for the first time in 13 years.
"It's an option," Mouratoglou said regarding her involvement, according to the newspaper.
"It can be yes, it can be no."
Serena was booed at the event when she was there last, and her father was apparently racially abused prompting the now 17-time Grand Slam champion to boycott the event altogether for 12 straight years.
The French legend also criticized the critics who think that the women’s tennis is just about one strategy now.
"Who said women were all playing the same game hitting every ball flat and being stereotypes? I hear that every day and they prove wrong," he wrote.
Serena Williams recently tweeted about enjoying her mother's comfort food.
"Mama made fried chicken, Mac and cheese, yams, broccoli, and lots more.
#comfort food yummy. I love mommy," she wrote on Twitter.
Last week, Patrick Mouratoglou posted a Facebook photo of the American tennis star in a pink Nike tennis ensemble.
"Just before Serena's match during the warm-up," Patrick Mouratoglou captioned the photo.
"Wow, isn't this lady Fashionista....?" a fan responded to the photo.
