Canadian Milos Raonic needed only two sets to beat Andy Murray in the quarter-finals of 2012 Barcelona Open Banco Sabadell.

Andy Murray to advance into the semis of the tournament.
Both players displayed high quality tennis in the middle and no breaks were exchanged till seventh game, where Murray served a double fault and couple of unforced errors to get himself broken.
Raonic kept the break till the end and won the first set 6-4. He arrowed 8 aces in the middle and converted 2 out of 4 break points he got in his way.
In the second set also, both players held to their serves quite easily until tenth game where Raonic broke and was asked to serve out for the match in the next game. However he failed to held his serve there and the set went to tie breaker. Raonic upped the level of his play and outdid Murray with his heavy serves and won the tie breaker 7-3.
Raonic will next face the winner of match to be played between Spaniard David Ferrer and his countryman Feliciano Lopez.
