Lindsay Davenport former world no 1, in women's professional tennis announced that her plans of coming back in WTA Tour has to be put on hold as she is expecting a second baby next year.
This news comes shortly after the Australian Open confirmed that Davenport would play in the tournament.
In an statement Davenport says that she is thrilled with the pregnancy, even though this unexpected but exciting surprise means she will have to put tennis for the forseeable future.
