Pavlyuchenkova reaches final in Istanbul
Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova reached the final of the Istanbul Cup by registering a 7-6 (1), 2-6, 7-5 win over Australian Jarmila Groth.

Third-seeded Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova advanced in to the final of the Istanbul Cup by defeating the Australian Jarmila Groth with a 7-6 (1) 2-6 7-5 scoreline. 

Pavlyuchenkova will play fellow Russian Elena Vesnina in the final. Vesnina defeated sixth-seeded Andrea Petkovic of Germany with a 1-6 6-0 7-6 (2) scoreline.

Groth fired 11 aces, but failed to keep a check on recurring unforced errors and Pavlyuchenkova made the most of that to reach the final of the Istanbul Cup.
