Novak Djokovic set for Madrid Masters return
Six-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic has confirmed that he will be participating at the upcoming Madrid Masters.

At the Monte Carlo Masters last week, World No.2 Novak Djokovic declared that he has a wrist injury that could keep him out for “some time”.

A couple of days ago, Novak, however, confirmed that the extent of the injury wasn’t as much as they had felt it was. Wishing all his fans a Happy Easter, he uploaded a picture in which his wrist was heavily trapped.

On Tuesday, then, he sent in some more good news for his fans through an official statement, saying that he should be fit for the Madrid Masters and will play in Rome and in Paris.

"Luckily, the wrist's condition is much better than what we thought. Doctors have assured me that I will be able to play in Madrid, to then go to Rome and Paris as initially planned at the beginning of the season. That said, I have to continue with the cures and wait for the wrist to fully recover. That means that I'll need some time off court in order to let the wrist heal and be back in good form" revealed Novak.
