Undoubtedly, the most recognized and followed woman tennis player across the globe, Maria Sharapova has always something to offer to her fans – when she does not perform well in tournaments; her fans can see her scorching the fashion shows with her awe-inspiring presence or showcasing her beauty in shoots.
The former World No. 1 features on the cover of Conde Nast Traveller Russia‘s March 2013 issue. The Magazine is available on newsstands now. The Russian just competed in the Qatar Open tournament, where she lost to her greatest nemesis Serena Williams in the semis.
“Here is the Conde Nast Russia cover all the way from Java, Indonesia. Hope that some of you get a chance to visit there. Such a special place full of culture, spiritual experience, and warm people,” Maria wrote on her Facebook page about the cover spread.
“This is my favorite shot from the Conde Nast shoot. Love the outfit…it’s something I would wear all the time in my everyday life.”
