And, that's comprehensive victory for the defending champion Caroline  Wozniacki, who looked in complete control from the very beginning of the match and took only 64 minutes to subdue  Cornet. The top-seed did everything just right and never allowed her opponent to get any sort of momentum. With this victory,  Wozniacki reached the semifinal of this WTA International Event.

A double break for the former World No.1 as she keeps forcing Cornet to go for broke and this is leading to all the errors. Wozniacki leads 4-0 in the first set and looks to increase her lead.

Wozniacki consolidates the break as she is looks to wrap this match up soon. A very confident Wozniacki is what we are seeing. She leads the opening set 3-0. Cornet is yet to settle down as she sees Wozniacki breeze past her.
