An in-form Slovak Daniela Hantuchova recorded win over Venus Williams in a topsy-turvy affiar to advance to the semifinals of the 2011 Aegon International, a WTA premier event being played here in Eastbourne, England.

Hantuchova made a fine start to the match and broke Williams' serve in the third game, followed by another break in the seventh game to wrap up the first set 6-2.
The second set gave an equally favourable start to Hantuchova who broke Williams in the very first game and maintained the lead till 4-2 when Venus made a comeback of sorts to first level and then win the set with an elusive service break in the 11th game.
The decider became the most topsy turvy affair of the match as it witnessed three breaks of serve, two of which went in Hantuchova's favour after which she completed the 6-2, 5-7, 6-2 win in two hours and 23 minutes of play.
Next up is Russian and top seed Vera Zvonareva, who takes on Australian Samantha Stosur for a place in the last four of the tournament.
