Robin Haase and Jean-Julien Rojer of the Netherlands managed to beat Swiss pair of Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka with 6-4, 6-2, 5-7, 6-3 scoreline to open their side of account in the Davis Cup World Group playoff tie.
The Dutch pair outplayed 2008 Olympic doubles champions in the first two sets before Swiss pair could take the third set. In the fourth set, Dutch secured two breaks of serve to register the victory.
The Swiss team still leads 2-1 in the tie and on Sunday, Federer will play Haase and Wawrinka takes on Thiemo de Bakker in the reverse singles on Sunday
