The Indo-Belarusian pair of Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi clinched the second semifinal to enter the finals of the 2010 Barclays ATP World Tour Finals, defeating surprise semifinalists Marcin Matkowski and Mariusz Fyrstenberg in straight sets.
Bhupathi/Mirnyi clinched an early break to seal the opening set by 6 games to 4. Another quick break in the second saw the Indo-Belarusian pair race to a 5-3 lead and soon complete the 6-4, 6-4 win in 82 minutes of play.
Earlier today, the second seeded pair of Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor took out top seed and US Open champions Bob and Mike Bryan 6-3, 3-6, 12-10 to secure their final berth. The 2008 champions took 70 minutes to complete the scintillating win.
