Czech Superstar Tomas Berdych delivered an awe-inspiring performance against Russian Mikhail Youzhny to reach the semifinals of the 2010 French Open, the second major of the tennis calendar being played at the historic Roland Garros in Paris, France.
Berdych opened the match on a bright note and broke Youzhny's serve easily to claim the first set by 6 games to 3. The second set did not change the story much as the Russian lost his serve repeatedly to give away the set 1-6 in just 27 minutes. The third set witnessed continued dominance of the Czech star who looked pretty confident in all aspects of the game and completed the 6-3, 6-1, 6-2 win in one hour and 54 minutes of play.
