How to time the tennis forehand stroke?

With the swing and the sweet spot decided, the foot work and the hip rotation have to be taken into account. With the help of a pivot in the right foot and stepping forward the other foot at a 45 degree angle to create a perfect foot position before taking the swing in free flow.

The timing: The timing at which the ball meets the racquet should be very precise. The idle height at which the ball meets the racquet should be at the waist height. Waiting for the ball for a split second where the ball waits for a moment is the right time to meet it and take the smooth follow through.
