The Preparation: Once the grip is figured out, take a step towards the baseline and step near the division of the court facing towards the deuce court. Keeping an eye on the ball and practicing to toss will make the service action smooth. The ball toss can be straight to the nose at an optimum distance from the head in order to make contact at the right time to meet the ball. The Serve also takes a predetermined action where the front foot directs towards pole of the net vertically. Point the back foot parallel to the baseline and get a firm and steady position on the court.
