The tennis serve is kind of a stroke which is personalized according to individual comfort and style.The extent to which the knees bend and the swing to the ball made is also customized to comfort for the individuals. 

The Grip: Locating the continental grip is essential to figure out the grip for the serve. After taking the Continental Grip, a little rotation towards the forehand grip will give a firm and comfortable grip for the serve. A brief look at the continental grip would help the player to get a well defined and comfortable hold of the racquet while serving.
