The King of Clay - once again proved that he is the best in business on red-dirt. The Spaniard hit the court with a plan and stuck really well to that to earn a comprehensive victory against his arch-rival Roger Federer, who just could not come any good against the raging Spaniard. Undoubtedly, the greatest clay-court player of all time, Rafael Nadal won his 7th Rome Masters title in 9 appearances, claimed a record twenty fourth ATP Masters title. The Spaniard has lost only twice to Federer in their 13 meetings on clay. Outstanding play from the King of clay, as he claimed his 6th title of the season. Well, he is crushing favorite to clinch the title at Roland Garros - yet again.
