Roger Federer tames the high flying Serbian Novak Djokovic in straight sets 6-1 7-5 to win his third title here in Cincinnati.

The opening set saw the second game last 22 minutes but Federer, the genius that he is, eased through all the challenges posed by number 4 Djokovic and wrapped it up 6-1 in no time.

This was Novak Djokovic's second Cincinnati final in a row. He was the runner up to Andy Murray last year.

On the final, Djokovic said, "I congratulate Roger. He was too good today. All the bast Roger for US Open. He has been a fantastic player. I will come here again next year."

Federer on the other hand, spoke about life on court and off it. "A good start always helps. The second game was great but I'm glad to have won it. That got the momentum going. The whole week has been great. Congrats Novak. You have played well throughout. All the best for US Open. Its been an awesome preparation for US Open." Talking about his life in the recent past, he said, "Its been girls for me. I have been changing diapers. Things have changed so much for me in the past few mnths.
