Andy Murray it is as he rallies from behind, getting better with every game after Set 1, to overwhelm Frenchman Julien Benneteau 4-6 6-3 6-1 to enter the semi finals of the Western-Southern Financial Group Open here in Cincinatti and move one step closer to defending his title.   Murray lost track in the first set and Benneteau gave him a scare sealing the set 6-4. But from there on, the Frenchman seemed to take a backseat as the Scot spit some Scottish venom to send the Frenchman packing.

Murray hit 35 winners and his victory was also assisted by the 45 unforced errors that Benneteau committed.

Applaud for Murray as he BREAKS again as a part of his routine. Folks, turn off the lights as the party is almost over! Murray dominates the game as he tests Benneteau's patience and athleticism. A forehand sailing long gives Murray the Break. He will now serve for the match.

Nothing much to describe as Murray eases through another service hold to consolidate the break. It will take some divine intervention to save Benneteau from here!

MURRAY BREAKS, AGAIN and takes the lead. He clinches the game with three break points as Benneteau is looking completely down and out with the body language not doing much either. Murray celebrates with a flashing cross court forehand winner.

Regular stuff on the court as Murray holds his serve. The audience is waiting for something spectacular guys!

Another unending game. But warrior Benneteau fights with full spirit to to open his account in the third set even though he is pushed to the limits by Murray. The Frenchman produces a produces a stunning forehand volley at full stretch and Murray hits it wide.

Murray quickly pockets the first game of the third set as he ends a rally with a sliced backhand and holds his serve to 15.

It has been more of Murray's revival than Benneteau's downfall in the second set. Murray has returned with a bang and is looking good to make it into the next stage. Benneteau, on the other hand, will have to raise his game several notches above to match the resurgent Andy!
