Djokovic took the effort of coming back again in the first set. Djokovic played wonderful strokes form the back of the court which helped him break Benneteau and shift the momentum whenever he wanted to. Djokovic trailed initially in both the sets, but then displayed some efficient matchplay to stage successfull comebacks in the both sets and defeated Beneteau in two straight sets with a scoreline of 7-5, 7-5
