Roger Federer survives an opening set scare to beat Igor Andreev in a see-saw battle, especially in the third set to secure his place in the second round of the 2010 Australian Open. Federer's numerous unforced errors did come as a surprise but the more surprising aspect of the match was the Russian's brilliant shotmaking that did the trick for him for the most part.
